The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that the widespread adoption of LEDs in residential and commercial applications over the next 20 years will save about $265 billion, prevent the need for constructing 40 new power plants, and reduce the electricity demand of lighting by 33 percent.

Colorado Springs Area Commercial Energy Rebate Programs

Here are a few programs currently available to El Paso County Residents.  It is possible to receive rebates of up to 60% of your installation costs for an LED upgrade.   Rebates may be only be available for a limited time.  Requirements vary among programs but details can be found at the following links:
